Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by Triston Outsourcing (TTOS) (“TTOS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for services rendered. By engaging our services, making a payment, or entering into any agreement with TTOS, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions set out in this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
TTOS provides professional services that involve time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation. As such, all payments made to TTOS are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. One-Time Projects
For one-time projects such as web development, application development, UI/UX design, or digital marketing campaigns:
- Deposits or upfront payments are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for completed milestones, delivered work, or work already in progress.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, the client remains liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. Subscription & Retainer Services
For recurring services such as IT business consulting retainers, monthly support, or managed services:
- Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, sessions, or services within a billing period.
4. Free Trials & Discovery Sessions
Any free trials, discovery sessions, or complimentary consultations provided by TTOS are offered on a no-obligation basis and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cash compensation.
5. Delays & Client Responsibility
TTOS is not responsible for delays caused by the client, including but not limited to delayed feedback, approvals, content submission, or access to systems. Such delays do not entitle the client to refunds or fee reductions.
6. Force Majeure
TTOS shall not be liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, system outages, or third-party service failures. No refunds shall be issued under such circumstances.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where TTOS determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate, any approved refund will be processed based on work completed, resources allocated, and costs incurred. Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact TTOS directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
9. Amendments to This Policy
TTOS reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
